xIPTeam is committed to ensuring that applications are as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the app or charge for its services at any time for any reason.
Our applications store and process the personal data you provide to us in order to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring secure access to your phone and apps. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. This may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise the security features of your phone, and may mean that our apps do not function properly or at all.

You should know that xIPTeam is not responsible for certain things. Some features of the application require the application to have a valid Internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you don't have access to Wi-Fi and your data limit is exhausted, xIPTeam cannot be held responsible for the app not functioning fully.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi zone, remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, your mobile provider may charge you for data during your connection while accessing the app, or other third-party fees. By using the App, you will be responsible for all such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside your home territory (i.e. region or country) and do not turn off data roaming. If you are not a bill payer for a device that uses the app, please note that we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the app.
Similarly, xIPTeam cannot always be held responsible for the way you use the app, i.e. you need to ensure that your device remains charged, and xIPTeam is not liable if the battery is depleted and you are unable to turn it on to use the service.
Regarding xIPTeam's responsibility for your use of the App, when you use the App, it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure that it is always up to date and correct, we do rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can provide it to you. xIPTeam is not liable for any direct or indirect losses you suffer as a result of your complete reliance on this function of the application.
At some point, we may want to update the application. The app is currently available on Android, system requirements (and any other systems where we decide to extend the app's availability) may change, and you'll need to download an update if you want to continue using the app. xIPTeam does not promise that it will always update the App to make it suitable for you and/or compatible with the version of Android you have installed on your device. However, you undertake to always accept updates to the App as they are provided to you, and we may also wish to stop providing the App and may terminate use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we notice otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you by these Terms will terminate; (b) You must stop using the app and (if necessary) remove it from your device.
When this Terms of Use is updated, we will display the update date at the bottom of the policy. We recommend that you check the updated content carefully each time; When you continue to use our products or services, we always assume that you agree to the most current terms and conditions.
